Darian DeVries to become West Virginia University’s new coach

West Virginia University is finalizing a five-year deal to hire current Drake men’s basketball coach Darian DeVries. DeVries, who has led Drake to three NCAA Tournament appearances in the past four seasons, will be WVU’s next head men’s basketball coach. ESPN broke the news based on information from Pete Thamel this afternoon.
