Fall is happening all around us with the leaves changing colors and the temperature dropping. It’s also the season for couples to start getting together and going on those cute fall dates that we see all over our social media feeds.

Sometimes we don’t know what to do during this time, so here are five fall date ideas that every couple must try. You can also do these with your friends; they don’t have to be with a significant other.

  1. Coffee Dates

Just getting to sit down across from someone with a good drink in your hand is the best way to start conversation. This date idea could be for a couple that has just started dating or for one that has been together for years. It creates the opportunity for you to better get to know someone or just have a silly conversation.

  1. Pumpkin Patch

This date idea just screams fall and fun times. There are tons of pumpkin patches around that offer a wide variety of activities. You could pick pumpkins, drink apple cider, get lost in a corn maze and go apple picking. It’s the perfect activity to get some cute fall photos for your Instagram.

  1. Movie Marathon

Having a movie marathon is fun any time of year, but fall makes it extra special. This date can include horror movies, leftover Halloween candy and blankets to stay warm under. It allows for you to just stay in for a night and be in the presence of another person, which can sometimes be a sigh of relief in the midst of the craziness around us.

  1. Haunted House

This adds a little fright to your night. Haunted houses are very popular throughout the month of October and going on a date to one could have you both in shared fear. It allows for you to hold hands and scream together; just make sure not to punch the people who jump-scare you.

  1. Bake Together

Now, it doesn’t matter if you are a master baker or just an amateur; baking together adds some fun to your night. Fall is the season of eating sweet treats and cooking lots of food. Baking with someone else just makes it a more enjoyable experience.

Fall isn’t just a time for watching the leaves fall. It’s a time to spend with those you cherish. So, these five date ideas will just bring you one step closer to finding ways to spend time with your favorite person.
