Drake led in the first set 15-14, but an 11-1 run to close out the set by the Bears negated a set point opportunity. The third set was all Missouri State as the Bears went on to cruise to victory.
The Bulldogs will next travel to Omaha for a two game road trip. Drake will take on Nebraska-Omaha on Friday before taking on its MVC rival Creighton on Saturday.
