Free admission to unique artwork, sculptures on Grand Ave
In an attempt to really start breaking scholastic barriers, several business and art students have come together to bring a gala to Aliber Hall.
The Drake University Theatre Arts Department will present a student showcase of five one-act plays including an adaptation of the popular Neil Patrick Harris musical “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog” and an original work by senior Alexander Pontier.
The Anderson Gallery will host an exhibition for the American Institute of Graphic Arts from Sept. 30 to Oct. 30.
On Sept. 29, the small cast of “Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead” will take the stage as it imitates the original characters from the Peanuts cartoon.
Two artists came together to put on an art show in the Anderson Gallery.

This Friday, the Visual Arts Association of Drake will be having its first student-run art sale feature art from Drake art students. The art sale will be held near Pomerantz stage in Olmsted Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The studio underwent a major renovation over the summer and now offers more availability to artists.
